How do I find out the price?

What areas do you transport?

We drive all across these counties: Tarrant, Johnson, Parker, Denton, Dallas. Long-distance transport can also be arranged for drop-off outside of this area.

Does my health insurance cover this service?

You'll need to contact your insurance provider to review your benefits for non-emergency medical transport coverage.

What type of training do drivers have?

CPR, First Aid, Excellent driving record

Will the driver wait for me during my appointment?

Wait service can be arranged for an additional charge. If roundtrip service is requested, wait time will be added or they can simply call us within an hour of pick up time if wait service is not needed.

How much lead time is required to request service?

To maintain efficiency and quality of service for our clients, we prefer at least a 24 hour notice. Service requests that are not scheduled ahead of time will be considered based on availability.

Can someone accompany me in the transport vehicle?

Yes, 1 additional passenger may accompany the patient.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand plans can change. Should you need to cancel a confirmed reservation, you may do so at least 2 hours before pick-up time to be fully refunded.
