Refund Policy

We are committed to providing reliable and compassionate non-emergency medical transportation services to our valued clients. We understand that circumstances may arise which require adjustments to scheduled appointments or cancellations. To ensure transparency and clarity for both our clients and our team, we have established the following refund policy:

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Clients are encouraged to provide at least 2 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time may result in a cancellation fee.
  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we kindly request clients to inform us as soon as possible to avoid any inconvenience.

2. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be issued in accordance with the following conditions:

  • If a cancellation is made within the stipulated notice period and no services have been rendered, a full refund will be provided.
  • If cancellation occurs within 2 hours of the scheduled pickup time, a partial refund may be issued, subject to evaluation of the circumstances.
  • Refunds will not be provided for cancellations made after the transport has been initiated.

3. Refund Process:

  • Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days from the date of submission.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

  • In cases of documented medical emergencies or extenuating circumstances, exceptions to the refund policy may be considered at the discretion of Sumexus.
  • Refunds will not be provided for services that were completed satisfactorily, as per the client's requirements.

  • Certain fees, such as administrative charges or booking fees, may be non-refundable and will be clearly communicated to clients at the time of booking.
